Refund policy

At Carey Limerick, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1) 30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • A brief reason for the return (optional but helpful)

  • Photos if the item arrived damaged/incorrect


2) Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging (if applicable)

  • Items must be returned in a clean condition

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of heavy wear, washing, damage, or missing packaging/parts.


3) Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)

For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable (unless defective or incorrect):

  • Lingerie / intimates

  • Socks / hosiery

  • Swimwear

  • Beauty / personal care items

  • Any item clearly marked “Final Sale”

4) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@vastivostore.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


5) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 3–10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider)

Shipping fees (if paid) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).


6) Return Shipping Costs

  • If you are returning an item for reasons such as “changed mind” or “doesn’t fit,” you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to damage/defect/wrong item, we will cover the cost or provide the best solution.


7) Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. The fastest way is usually:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order for the correct item/size

8) Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank or payment provider (it can take a few days)
