We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of heavy wear, washing, damage, or missing packaging/parts.
3) Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)
For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable (unless defective or incorrect):

4) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@vastivostore.com with:

Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
5) Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Processing time: 3–10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider)
Shipping fees (if paid) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).

If you are returning an item for reasons such as “changed mind” or “doesn’t fit,” you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
