1) Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details (where available).

Please note: During high-demand periods, processing times may take slightly longer.


2) Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 7–25 business days

  • International Shipping (where available): 10–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processes, and local courier service performance.


3) Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout and may vary based on location, order size, and promotions.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders.


4) Tracking Your Order

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a tracking number by email once the order ships.
Tracking updates can sometimes take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.


5) Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • The delivery may be delayed, returned, or lost.

  • Carey Limerick cannot guarantee replacement or refund for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at info@vastivostore.com and we will try to update it before shipment (not guaranteed once the order is dispatched).


6) Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

While we do our best to deliver on time, delays can happen due to:

  • customs inspections

  • weather conditions

  • courier delays

  • peak seasons / holidays

If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please email info@vastivostore.com and we’ll help you right away.


7) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not controlled by Carey Limerick and are the customer’s responsibility.


8) Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  • Check with household members/neighbors

  • Contact your local courier/post office

  • Email us at info@vastivostore.com and we’ll assist you

Carey Limerick is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier to the correct address.
